1. T: Nice to meet you, boys and girls. Today we will learn Par A of Unit 1 A new term, Fun with English, Grade 5.

  Welcome back to school. This is the first English lesson of the new term. I want to know do you like English? (稍作停顿)What about other subjects?

Follow me, please: subject. ( 慢,带读,示范口型)

2. T: See, there are 8 subjects here. What are they?

This is English/Chinese./Maths, 分别指示英语、语文数学书Follow me, please.

3.      T: This is Science. Read after me, please. It’s Social Science. Read after me, please.

第二步:课文学习

1.      T: Have you finished? Just now, we talked about our favorite subjects. Miss Li and her students are talking about subjects, too. Look at the picture. What are they doing?

牛津小学英语5B教材内容分析

一、总体情况: 

5B教材同5A教材一样仍然是十个单元,一、二、三、四、六、七、八、九单元为新授单元,第五和第十单元为复习单元。新授单元由八个板块构成,A—话题板块,B—词汇板块,C、D—结构板块,E—阅读板块,F—活动板块,G—语音板块,H—歌曲、歌谣板块。其中出现了174个新单词,要求四会掌握的有82个,要求三会掌握的有92个。歌曲和歌谣各4首。

二、各单元教学建议:

Unit 1 A new term 是新学期开始的第一单元。通过开学第一节课师生谈论学习的科目和课表展开话题,重点学习星期和课程的名称以及与此相关的句型:What day is it today? It’s…What lessons do you have in the…? We have…and(5A Unit 8 What do you have?) What subject do you like? I like…本单元共十一个四会词汇,九个三会。让学生了解字母O在闭音节单词中的发音。

Unit 2 A telephone call,本单元的主要功能项目是“谈论疾病”。重点学习How  do  you  feel  now? (4B Unit 6 How do you go to school?)  What’s wrong  with  you? I’m…及其答语(4A Unit 9 What’s the matter? I’m…),以及八种疾病的名称。有九个四会词汇,十五个三会词语,结构板块通过C、D展现,阅读板块是E

Unit 3 Hobbies 本单元通过Mike和Yang  Ling到Ben家里作客,引出话题,谈论“兴趣爱好”。主要学习一般疑问句Do  you  have  any  hobbies?及其答语Yes, I  do. / No, I  don’t. (3B Unit10/4A Unit4/5A Unit4 Do you…) 和主语为第三人称单数动词的用法(4A Unit6 She looks so funny.5A Unit8 She/He has…),让学生知道知道动词在不同情况下会有形式上的变化。本单元有九个四会词汇,十一个三会。C、D结构板块,主要让学生掌握本单元的结构和句型。

Unit 4 An English friend   本单元的主要教学内容是通过发电子邮件的情景介绍朋友.句型是一般疑问句Does he/she… What does he/she usually do…?及其答句(5A Unit 8/5B Unit 3)。要求能在一定的情景下正确使用副词,特别是动词和副词搭配的词组。有九个四会词汇,十个三会。继续掌握U字母在单词中的读音。

Unit 6 At a PE lesson本单元通过一堂体育课引出“按指令做动作”这一语言项目,主要学习Put…on…. Touch…with…等祈使句及其答语(4A Unit 8/6A Unit 1)。B板块涉及的人体部位名词有的在4B Unit 2已出现过。四会九个,三会十四个,C D板块的学习注意引导学生对祈使句与现在进行时句型的理解,可多让学生在情景中做句型转换练习。学习字母组合ai,ay在单词中的读音。

Unit 7 After school(A busy day)本单元的核心教学内容为David一日的起居活动,所涉及的主要句型有What time  is  it? It’s  time  for…(可与4A Unit7/3B Unit 4句型What’s the time? It’s…相联系) I  want  to … Do you  want  to…? 还出现了由past和to构成的表示时间的词组(4A Unit7)。有十个四会,六个三会。学习字母组合ar在单词中的发音。

Unit 8 At the weekends本单元教学内容围绕“周末活动”展开,通过周末活动引出本单元的四会内容和昆虫类动物的名称。涉及的句型有How  do  you  spend  your  weekends? How does he/she spend his/her weekends?)有十一个四会,15个三会。学习字母组合ee在单词中的发音。

Unit 9 The English Club本单元的核心教学内容是介绍国家、国籍和语言,重点学习句型Where  are  you  from? Do  you  speak…?及其答语。在Book 3A第十一单元和Book 4B 第八单元中,学生已学China, Chinese, English,因此,教师可采用以旧带新的方法,拓展相关内容。G板块学习字母组合ea在单词中的发音。

三、使用这套教材时的注意点:

1、透彻的了解教材,准确地把握教材。教材的横向和纵向联系,应把握的了如指掌,做到纲据目章。

2、活用教材。不用呆板的先教A板块再教B板块,然后再教C板块D板块,应有设计有准备。如果A板块牵涉的内容太多,可以先教B、C、D板块,然后再回过来教A板块,这样有利于发展学生的语言能力。同时,我们还应该帮助学生理解“话题”。在教学中应做个有心人,应做到早渗透,重积累。

3、因地制宜,因材施教用好教材,关键还是要看学生,如果学生接受能力高可以多渗透一点,千万不要恨铁不成钢。

4、把“面向全体学生实施素质教育”的观念,切实落实到课堂每个环节中。用好教材,读好书。
